Fairly quiet surrounding. Clean drinking water supply, hot and cold. Reasonably priced for that kind of room and locality.

Only 2 breakfast vouchers for a family room occupied by 4 guests.

The location is so near to town.

The pillow and the blanket are smelly so it is hard for the client to sleep.The bathroom is clean and and the aircon is fine.

-Breakfast provided quite good although hotel price can be consider cheap.

Opinion: 1. Feeling unsafety because lack of facilities like lamp post along the way to Hotel (jb) 2. lack of cafe near by hotel(JB). - Suggestions:1. Provide online booking cab/taxi during online booking rooms (very hard to get cab to hotel during 1st time check in, no cab). 2. Should be make sure that driver (cab/taxi) do not simply increase charges.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is value for money, and located conveniently enough for all sorts of activities.

The cafe staff were not as accommodating. The cafe opening hours and service hours were not convenient, often having to turn us down for food.

1. Cost cheap.

1) No coffee or tea in the room. 2) Hot water is to be collected outside at l 1. 3) Bed sheets not to good.

Free wifi Clean room Could take my bysicle in to the room...no saftey area outside i think. 5-10 minutes walk to the city mall with food stalls and supermarket. 2-3 restaurants and a little shop just next to the hotel.

You don't have to get up for the breakfast...one cup coffee and 2 slices toast! If you need a single room call directly the hotel. Is not possible to book a single room here, but there are available! 20 ringgits less...you can't switch when you arrive!

The staff was friendly but it was still hard to communiacte with them due to the english language...

The rooms were ok but not nice (small, old furniture and old bed clothes, simple bathroom). We also saw that is possible to rent the hotel per hour which mad us a bit skeptical... The area around the hotel is also not so nice (no shops and only few restaurants). The breakfast was small and in in the restaurant next door which opened a bit too late (we wanted to leave early in the morning that's why we noticed this).

Smelly room , uncomfort bed , blantket is old & smelly , the whole room is just shit outside the hotel , surrounding area is quiet & dark , not in the main road , nothing around the hotel , have to walk out to caught taxi .. this is just Not good

Budget hotel - hence I was able to save money for other purpose.

The towels provided were of poor quality. The surrounding areas were not clean.

It is very near to JB town, price very cheap and breakfast is included.

There are 4 of us went for breakfast, since theres only 2 choices either fried noodle or toast so we ordered 2 noodle & 2 toast, and the waiter came back with 2 plate of noodle and 1 plate of toast with 4 slice of bread, after a while i asked the waiter wheres the other toast and he said the toast that he sent to us is for 2 person! And it happen to the next table where the other guest almost finish up all the toastbefore they found out its actually for two person!! They suppose saperate it to two plate or inform the guest atleast. The portion is really really small The ceiling in the bathroom one of the panel is opened! Its scary especially when u need to take bath in the nite!
